After her studies in culinary arts in 2018, Colette decided to create a food seasoning business in March 2019 to empower home cooks and also share her Caribbean food heritage with the world. Our goal at Pipirit Spices is to recreate healthier cooking habits by using better quality ingredients that are safe for consumption. Our products are crafted to confer more confidence to every home cook. The company develops customized premix seasoning blends that allow customers to keep consistent taste in their food with minimum effort.

As Pipirit Spice’s blender-in-chief, she creates and develops well balanced and original seasoning blends inspired by her Caribbean heritage. Her culinary ideology is based on 3 canons that she calls her triple E. Experience new flavors, Elevate with new ingredients, and Empower with new techniques. Colette believes food should be fun, adventurous and wholesome.

In her spare time, Colette enjoys traveling, jogging, reading, spending time with friends and family and working in her garden.
